Context
The Apprenticeship Training Centre for Construction and Public Works in Roubaix provides both professional and general knowledge to a diverse audience. This includes adults undergoing career changes, young learners who are not very receptive to traditional academic teaching, and young non-native learners with limited proficiency in French.
Challenges
