Context
Johannes-Diakonie, whose main headquarters are located in Mosbach in Baden-Württemberg, is a modern social services organization active in the fields of support for people with disabilities, youth and elderly care, healthcare, education, and vocational reintegration. It operates across a total of 35 sites in Baden-Württemberg.
As digital technology is now an essential component of society and a lack of digital skills is a proven factor of social exclusion, digital inclusion is also part of its mission. The Bad Mergentheim site decided to address this challenge by equipping itself with a Speechi interactive display.
Challenges
