Professeur Truck on the RMC Story Show

While many high school students are taking their Baccalauréat “Grand Oral” (final oral exam), the TV show RMC Story invited Audrey Busser onto its set to explain the concept behind her network, “Professeur Truck” (Professor Truck). At Speechi, we know her well; right from the start of her professional adventure outside the traditional National Education system, she turned to Speechi and its interactive screen to equip her first motorhome dedicated to academic support.

Since then, her concept has grown, and our collaboration has continued with the equipping of new motorhomes for the Professeur Truck network. In this article, we take a brief look back at this broadcast to share our perspective.

What is it?
The concept behind the “Professeur Truck” network

It is a network of mobile classrooms set up in motorhomes to provide home tutoring mainly in rural areas where these support services are difficult to access.

"I was looking for a way to get the student out of their house because there are always plenty of distractions at home (…) without forcing parents to travel. (…) So, we had to find a premises that moves."

Professeur Truck’s testimonial on the Speechi Interactive Display

During the summer of 2021, Audrey Busser traveled all the way to Lille with her fitted motorhome to be interviewed. This was an opportunity for us to discuss with her the advantages of having an ENI for home-based tutoring.

“Before I created this concept, when I arrived at a student’s house, they sometimes had a very specific question, but I didn’t necessarily have the exercise for it. So I would take my phone, look on Google, and quickly write down the exercise as best I could on a piece of scrap paper… Now, this is exactly what I needed.”
