Easily Set Up Your Connect Account
To test Speechi Connect, perform the update
In the app drawer, click on the Connect icon to start the installation.
You’ll be guided step by step to begin your experience.
Don’t see this icon?
Go to Settings > System > Check for Updates, then return to the app drawer.
Let Your Administrator Take Charge
During the installation of the Speechi Connect app, the administrator will need to register their screen. Once the registration is completed, they will be redirected to the admin platform to configure workspaces, manage apps, create users, and set permissions.
1/ The administrator will need to name the screen to easily identify it, for example, “Screen – Ground Floor Meeting Room” or “Screen – CP Classroom”.
2/ The administrator will enter their email address.
3/ The administrator will switch to their email inbox and PC via connect.speechi.com to finalize the screen registration.
4/ By following the link received by email, the administrator will select “Manage My Screen”. This will allow them to use the admin console to optimize workspaces, manage apps, personalize the display, and easily create user accounts. They can manage what is called their “organization,” like “Jacques Prévert Nursery School” or “CM Accounting Firm”.
Then, Users Can Enjoy Speechi Connect
1/ Once the administrator has created the organization, users receive an email inviting them to create their password. They are then redirected to the online Speechi Connect app.
2/ Speechi Connect users can download the app from the PlayStore, App Store, or use the online app.
3/ Through the app, users can personalize and configure their workspace by selecting their wallpaper and favorite apps. They can also sync their calendars for quick access to video conferences and upload their documents for instant sharing on the screen.
4/ All that’s left for users to do is scan the QR code displayed in the screen’s sidebar to open their workspace directly on the screen. And don’t forget to log out after each session.

More Information on the Massive OTA Update of September 2024
This is the most important update ever done at Speechi, affecting several thousand screens. A major evolution available free of charge and in just a few clicks to all SpeechiTouch users of SuperGlass+, SuperGlass+ S, SuperGlass 2+, SuperGlass 3, and Capacitive (-005) screens.
In addition to the Speechi Connect installer, it adds new features requested by customers:
- USB port locking in the screen settings, disabling the front USB ports to limit USB key usage,
- New tools in the interactive whiteboard software “Note” (compass, protractor, etc.),
- SensorBox compatibility for SuperGlass+ / 2+ and Capacitive screens,
- Translation corrections,
- Chrome browser updated to Chromium for better compatibility and updates,
- Ability to select the NTP server in the settings.
It’s important for Speechi to offer its clients the best screens and the most innovative software on the market. Your feedback is important and shapes the content of our updates over time.
