Speechi, the No. 2 interactive display brand in Switzerland

This place on the Swiss podium has been made possible thanks to the work carried out by our partner Mobil Werke AG, which distributes and integrates our solutions. In this article, we look back at three outstanding projects they shared with us, for which they both designed the furniture and integrated learning technologies.

Mobil Werke AG, our trusted Swiss partner

Mobil Werke AG is a trusted partner that excels in designing custom-made, welcoming, smart, and ergonomic learning spaces in which the Speechi interactive display is seamlessly integrated.

As illustrated by the three projects presented below, traditional boards and interactive displays are not in competition but complement each other and coexist thanks to two types of integration solutions developed by Mobil.

Three inspiring projects delivered by Mobil Werke AG

1. Surbaum School in Reinach, Switzerland

Let’s head to the canton of Basel-Landschaft, in north-western Switzerland, to the town of Reinach, where Mobil Werke AG equipped all the classrooms in the new school building of Surbaum School.

The Integral Flex solution

With this ingenious panel system designed by Mobil Werke AG, a Speechi interactive display, from 55″ to 98″, can coexist with traditional boards.

For each of its classrooms, Surbaum School opted for six writing surfaces combining whiteboards and chalkboards, paired with an 86″ Speechi SuperGlass interactive display.

2. A middle school and high school in Liechtenstein

In the Principality of Liechtenstein, a new middle school and high school have been built. The teaching area in each classroom includes a 98″ Speechi SuperGlass interactive display and a chalkboard mounted on pylons.

With this solution, teachers have access to a height-adjustable chalkboard that can be lowered to reveal the interactive display.

The high school and middle school equipped in Liechtenstein opted for a solution with a single writing surface, although it can accommodate up to four (either whiteboards or chalkboards).

3. Wilderswil School in Switzerland

In the canton of Bern, Wilderswil School also equipped the classrooms of its new school building with 86″ Speechi SuperGlass interactive displays, combined with an Integral Flex solution (six writing surfaces mixing whiteboards and chalkboards).

A big thank you to Mobil Werke AG for sharing these wonderful projects involving the SuperGlass interactive display! They once again demonstrate, in a remarkable way, that it is now entirely possible to design classrooms that combine tradition and digital technology, without one overshadowing the other.
